Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, or defective item), please contact customer service at nafme-services@stoneroosterinc.com for instructions on returning your items. 

All returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.  Credit card refunds can be expected within 3 to 5 business days after processing based on your bank policiesCheck refunds can take 3-4 weeks after processing to be received.
